Hamley Bridge

Hamley Bridge is a situated between the rivers Gilbert and Light and is literally a town of bridges. Settled in 1868, Hamley Bridge has retained the character of the town with many of the old stone buildings restored as residences. Home to approximately 656 residents, the town provides a picturesque location for many people that work in Gawler 30km away or Adelaide 72km down Main North Road. Hamley Bridge has a primary school and recreational facilities including an oval, netball courts, tennis courts as well as a swimming pool.
